Consultation services can start from $300 + gst to provide you with a CONCEPT PROPOSAL. This would normally pertain to a partial re-working of your property, perhaps a new dining room addition or re-configuring part of your house.

Complete re workings of full house layouts may push costs up to perhaps a $1000 + gst. I will be able to advise you of these costs once I am on site and can view the extent of the work required.

Should you wish to develop any Proposal further than Concept stage, I can also help with costings, submissions and even tradesmen.
